Paypalには「支払いの請求」と「請求書の発行」があり、前者の方でやってしまっていました。
すぐに後者の請求書の発行で再送いたします。

I will re-send the later invoice as soon as possible.

For Paypal, there are "charge of payment" and "issue of invoice", I used the former one.
I will send it again by issuing the invoice, which is the latter one, immediately.
