自転車を２台借りることはできますか？追加の料金が発生しても問題ないです。
滞在中夜間にトラブル(停電とか)があった場合友達に連絡すれば対応してくれますか。

As this is my first time to use this service, I am sorry that I am not familiar with the usage.
I was told that you can send the information about the apartment when the date of my stay comes close, but can you please send the information to me right away?
The item "Essential items" is marked as "No". Can you please clarify what is there and what is NOT there.
In case there is no bed sheets, can't you prepare one for me?
Can I borrow two bicycles? It is OK if I am charged additionally.
If there is some trouble (such as blackout) in the night during my stay, can you cope with it if I make contact to my friends?
If there are some, please tell me how many there are.
