5.1 There shouldn’t be any defect on the product,not the product that the buyer requested,or something unwanted is inside the product.
5.2 There are no any chemical usages in the Squid that is prohibited and not allowed by Japanese government.
5.3 Product quality guarantee,shipment,fees liquidation will be managed by the responsibility of the Seller.
5.4 The product should not melt upon arriving Japan.
5.5 If the product didn’t pass Japanese inspection custom and didn’t fulfill the above terms and condition,all transaction will be cancelled,
the payment will be sent back to the buyer 100% and product will be shipped back to the Seller with the Seller’s own responsibility to pay the cargo freight.

5.1　商品にいかなる不良もあってはならない。買い手の要求した商品でない物、または不必要な物が、商品に含まれないこと。
5.2　日本政府によって禁止された、および許可されてないいかなる化学薬品が使用されていないこと。
5.3　商品の品質保証、出荷、料金の精算は、売り手の責任で管理されるものとする。
5.4　商品が日本到着時、溶けていないこと。
5.5　商品が日本の検疫に合格せず、上記の諸条件を満たしていない場合、全ての取引きはキャンセルされるものとし、支払い金額は100%買い手へ返金され、商品は、送料売り手負担で売り手へ返送されるものとする。

5.1 製品には不良品はあってはならない。バイヤーの望まない製品、またはバイヤーの予期しないものを含む製品はあってはならない。
5.2 イカに対し、日本政府によって禁止されているいかなる化学的薬品の使用をも行わない。
5.3 製品の品質保証、出荷、経費の精算はセラーの責任において管理される。
5.4 製品は日本に到着時に融けていてはいけない。
5.5 もし製品が日本国の税関検査に合格しなかったり、上述の契約条件を満たさない場合、取り引きは中止されるものとする。
この場合、支払いは100％バイヤーに返金され、製品はセラーの責任において返送貨物便の費用を負担し、セラーに返品されるものとする。

5.2 商品であるイカに日本政府が認めない、あるいは禁止している科学物質の使用が検出されないこと
5.3 承認の品質保証、配送方法、ならびに料金計算は、売り手側の責任下において管理されること
5.4 日本到着前に商品が解凍済みとならないこと
5.5 商品が日本の税関検査を通過しなかった場合、ならびに上記契約条件を満たさなかった場合、全ての取引はキャンセルとされ、支払金は全額買手に弁済されること。その際の商品返納にかかる送料は売り手の責任で賄われること
