最近商品の配送が遅れているようですが、何か原因はありますか？
刺繍入りの商品に関しては1週間後でもヤマトへ届いていません。
それによって毎週の日本への配送の際に必要なインボイスの受け取りと提出が遅れるため、
税関で商品が止まってしまいとても困っています。
毎週金曜日までにはインボイスがないと商品の受取に遅延が生じるため、
もう少し早く配送をお願いできますか？
