最近商品の配送が遅れているようですが、何か原因はありますか？
刺繍入りの商品に関しては1週間後でもヤマトへ届いていません。
それによって毎週の日本への配送の際に必要なインボイスの受け取りと提出が遅れるため、
税関で商品が止まってしまいとても困っています。
毎週金曜日までにはインボイスがないと商品の受取に遅延が生じるため、
もう少し早く配送をお願いできますか？
We found that there is delay on the product delivery recently, what is the reason behind?
The embroidered products we ordered have been pending for delivery to Yamato since a week ago.
Because of this delay, the invoicing process for the weekly shipment to Japan have been affected accordingly, thus the goods are on hold at the custom and cause trouble to us.
We should finish issuing all invoices by every Sunday in order to avoid any shipment release delay, therefore we need your delivery earlier to meet this timeline.
