I thought I had bought a brand new item without doubt. But what I got was a relly pre-owned one even without the original case-box! I see the bar and chain were clearly used often. I ask you the refund right now. Even if I accept it knowing as an used item, I will ask you $ 400 payback. If I don't hear from you in few days, I will lodge an objection to eBay.

I did buy a new chain saw, but I received a used one which is not even in the original box. Both the bar and the chain are used ones. Please give me a refund. I can take this used one, but still you should pay back $400. If you do not reply, I will report to eBay.
