配送方法はFBAパートナーキャリアです。
UPSに問い合わせたところ、荷物紛失ということで手続きお願いします。という返答をいただきました。

During the delivery, the item whose shipment ID is FBA3JWRNQN get missing.
The delivery was being done by FBA partner carrier.
When I asked UPS about it, they told me to take the procedure of submitting a report for missing item.

As I have no idea about the login name and other information, can you please try to find the item in your side?

Shipment ID FBA3JWRNQN is missing during transportation.
It was sent by FBA partner carrier.
I inquired UPS, and they told me to arrange by reason of "item lost".

As I do not know log in name, would you search it?

The delivery method was an FBA Partner Carrier.

the package missing.
