本日EMSに直接問い合わせたところ、どうやら郵送トラブルで集配所に商品が滞っていることがわかりました。
日本では郵送トラブルがほとんど起きないので問題発見が遅れました。
大変申し訳御座いません。
本日税関に流すよう再度手続きをしましたので、明日には追跡番号が機能すると思われます。
到着まで5-7日程お待ちください。

As I checked with EMS directly today, I found out that due to postal problem, items are held at collection station.
In Japan, postal trouble hardly happens so I found out the problem later than I should have been.
I'm very sorry about it.
I made arrangement again so it will be handed to the customs today, so tracking number should be working by tomorrow. Please kindly wait for 5 to 7 days till you receive it.

In Japan shipping trouble almost never happen, so I discovered the problem late.
