本日EMSに直接問い合わせたところ、どうやら郵送トラブルで集配所に商品が滞っていることがわかりました。
日本では郵送トラブルがほとんど起きないので問題発見が遅れました。
大変申し訳御座いません。
本日税関に流すよう再度手続きをしましたので、明日には追跡番号が機能すると思われます。
到着まで5-7日程お待ちください。

We've made a direct inquiry at EMS today and found out that the product is still at the distribution station and left undelivered due to a trouble in transfer.
We rarely have transfer problem in Japan, which prevent us from discovering this problem quickly.
We're sincerely apologize for this.
Since we made another customs procedure today, the tracking number suppose to be workable by tomorrow.
We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
