This item is made for Japanese market.
Some people are using it without changing when they use it abroad.
However, we ask you to use power transformer for security when you use it.
Wasn't a manual in Japanese included in the item that we has sent to you?
Or was a manual in a different language included in it?

This product is geared to Japan's market.
Some people use on using overseas as-is, but please use Power transformer for safe.
Are there not including Japanese instruction in the product which we sent? Or, were there any other language instruction?

While there are people overseas who use it just as it is, we recommend you to use it with a power transformer, for your own safety.
Did the product we sent you have the user manual in Japanese? Or did it contain the manual in a different language?
