I trusted you, and I bought the item. But, I am deeply disappointed.
In eBay page, you described, "The watch is an unused one," but it was actually used.
The belt of the watch is dirty, and there is a scratch in the screen back.
I am returning all of the watches I bought from you.
As I already sent them to Japan, I will return them to you by way of EMS.
I am responsible for having sent them to Japan, I will cover all the shipping fee for return.
If you make refund in full for the items, I am not going to rate you badly.
