タイトルにも説明文にもPreSale と書かないのも違反ですよね
このセラーは意図的にポリシー違反 又は偽物を売っています
その他の出品品でも見受けられます
あまりに早く出品されると、ポリシーを守っているセラーは売れなくて
在庫をかかえてしまう
セラーを公平に取り扱ってほしい

Regarding the item which this seller is listing, it violates eBay PreSales policy.
It will be launched in October in Japan.
Its URL is ・・・・・
It is also against the rule not to annotate PreSales in either the title or the descriptoon, isn't it?
This seller intentionally violates the policy, and sells fake items.
We can see this in other his listed items.
If such seller puts items on show too early, other sellers obeying the policy cannot sell items, so they tent to keep too many stocks.
Please treat all of sellers in fair manner.
