発送前に私自身もモータは確認しています
日本から送付前には、このような状態ではありません。
全てをメンテナンスした状態でお送りしていますので
短期間でこのよう状態になることもありません。
機会的なダメージも考えられます
タイに届いてから、そちらで何かされましたか？
今の状態を直すためには
日本へ返送してもらいメンテナンスをするか
既にメーカーに部品がありませんので
中古品を探し、再度メンテナンスしか方法はありません。
力になれずスミマセン。

I asked a thechnical expert who maintained this motor for his advaice.
I checked the motor too before the shipment.
This motor was not like this condition when we ship this.
We sent you the motor after maintening all parts of the motor.
So it's impossible that the motor break down for a short time.
I consider the damage because of a machine.
Did you do anything after the arrival to Thai.
There are only two ways to mend that condition. First one is that you return the motor and we mainten that. Second one is that we find secondhand goods and mainten that again because the manufacturer doesn't already have parts.
I'm sorry that I couldn't do anything for you.
I checked the motor too before the shipment.
This motor was not like this condition when we ship this.

I consulted with technician who do maintenance this monitor.
I also checked myself the motor before to send it.
before shipped from japan, It was not in this condition.
It shipped all the maintenance orders had finished condition, so it was thought to be in this out of order situation can be occur in short period.
It seemed to be arising from something happening.
Had you something to do this monitor after arrived at Thailand?
If you want to repair this condition, return it back to Japan and do maintenance once more,
or finding used one before to repair and maintenance since there is not any new one of it,
I apologize to do not anything for helping your situation excepting just mailed.
