日本から送付前には、このような状態ではありません。
全てをメンテナンスした状態でお送りしていますので
短期間でこのよう状態になることもありません。
機会的なダメージも考えられます

今の状態を直すためには
日本へ返送してもらいメンテナンスをするか
既にメーカーに部品がありませんので
中古品を探し、再度メンテナンスしか方法はありません。

I asked a thechnical expert who maintained this motor for his advaice.
I checked the motor too before the shipment.
This motor was not like this condition when we ship this.
We sent you the motor after maintening all parts of the motor.
So it's impossible that the motor break down for a short time.
I consider the damage because of a machine.
Did you do anything after the arrival to Thai.
There are only two ways to mend that condition. First one is that you return the motor and we mainten that. Second one is that we find secondhand goods and mainten that again because the manufacturer doesn't already have parts.
