I have filed two claims to MYUS regarding the damaged items upon delivery. All the documents have been submitted along with pictures. Please confirm that you have received them, and proceed with the reimbursement for my payment. I am extremely disappointed with your attitude towards the issue and because of this, I can no longer trust MYUS like I used to.
