日本に帰ってきてから、返品になった商品の検品や処分などで私達は今スタッフ全員で動いています。

After we returned back to Japan, all of our staff members are working hard in inspecting the returned items and in discarding them.
We are so busy because we need to prepare to receive the items for storing into warehouse, but we promise to pay money for sure. I appreciate your patience. We would be happy if you understand our circumstances that we have to prepare various things now.

We are very busy because we have to arrange the acceptance practices in order to insert the next product in the stock. But we are definitively going to pay you, please wait some more. We are also busy with many things so please be patient.
