I considered the reason of the suspend, and thought about the recovery plan as follow.

I will try to sell positively at FBA.

I will reply to customers' email as soon as possible.

I will try to improve my business reflecting customers' feedback from now on.

From now onwards, I will try to do my best to become a good seller in the sake of customers, so I would get the opportunity to sell.

I found the cause of the suspension and the measures against it as it follows;

To check the stock of the products at all times so that we won't sell the products that don't have any stock.

To be willing to sell on FBA.

To reply to the mails from our customers immediately.

To do our best to improve the service referring to the voices from the customers.

We will be a good supplier, caring about the good relationship with the customers,
so we would like to have a chance to sell products again.
