Jokoji Temple's waft of history and culture with its small stone shrine called the Iwayado. During the Autumn Leaves Festival, a tea house opens on the elevated viewing platform on the west side of the temple grounds. With a light snack like "mitarashi dango" in hand, you can look out over the autumn leaves and see the center of Nagoya City. Along the walking route in the Jokoji Natural Recreation Forest, the area around the bridge is lit up in the evening, lending the area a fantastical view upon which to feast the eyes.
