Poster matter sent to you was returned.
I was informed that delivery label got damaged in US, and it could not be delivered.
Should I make refund or resend it?
When resending, I will send it by certified mail, but you have to wait for another month till it arrives.
This postal matter was delivered as it was.
I think it was returned because address side was damaged in other party's country and delivery address was unclear. I deeply apologize for delivering it like this.
