できるだけ商品の価格を安くするため、DHLやフェデックスなどの配送は行っておりません。
お客様の住所には、日本郵便のEMSで発送できないことが判明しました。
大変申し訳ないですが、お客様からご注文をキャンセルしていただけないでしょうか。
なお、48時間経っても、お客様からキャンセルいただけない場合は、当店からキャンセルさせていただきます。

We send items by Japan Post's EMS.
To offer as reasonable price as possible, we don't send by DHL or FedEx.
We found out that Japan Post's EMS cannot deliver to your address.
We are very sorry but will you please cancel your order?
Also if you do not cancel it from your side within 48 hours, we will cancel it from our side.
