They have a great influence on their fans. Consequently, they publish books, launch products, and make items which they recommended sold well. If you would really want to know more concrete examples, I will check up.
「もっと知りたいなら調べるけれど」の部分を「でもあなたはそんなに知りたいと思ってないんじゃないの」というニュアンスと読んで、"If you would really want to..."としてみました。
ありがとうございます。reallyが抜けると普通のニュアンスでしょうか
wouldを使うことで、仮定法的な、つまりその仮定があまりありえそうにないものだというニュアンスにしていて、さらにその感じを強めるためにreallyをつけてみました。おそらくreallyがなくてもあまりありえそうにない仮定となると思います。その感じをなくすならwould reallyを抜けば大丈夫です。
