商品の到着までは、出荷後2～4週間かかります。
ただ、税関の検査で荷物が保留されるケースがあるため、最長で6～8週間かかる場合があります。
これは残念ながら、私たちにはどうすることもできません。

Therefore, sorry but please kindly wait a little more.

I takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of item after shipment is made.
However, there are cases when parcel is held at customs inspection, so it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.
