12月と1月は郵便物が非常に多いため、
どこの国でも商品の到着に遅延が発生しています。
なので、すみませんがもう少しお待ち下さい。

商品の到着までは、出荷後2～4週間かかります。
ただ、税関の検査で荷物が保留されるケースがあるため、最長で6～8週間かかる場合があります。
これは残念ながら、私たちにはどうすることもできません。

Since mailing requests during December and January are overwhelming, there'll be a delay of the arrival of goods regardless of the targeting country. We apologize for the inconvenience it brought you.
Usually, after shipment, 2-4 weeks is needed before the goods arrive.
However due to the custom regulation, the time might be prolonged to 6-8 weeks.
We are sorry that we cannot control the delivery time.
