I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes. However only a pair arrived. I checked the transactions of my credit card, and noticed there was a charge for 2 pairs of shoes. Therefore, please refund for the pair I did not receive.
The products I ordered are as follows:
I appreciate you supplying me many products in the past.
I would like to place more orders.
Due to weaker yen, it is now harder to buy merchandise from abroad.
I am thinking to place an big order, and interested to know retail prices for every items compared to my purchase prices. If you do not mind, please let me know them.

I ordered two pair of sneakers before.
But I got only one pair of those.
I can see that I got charge for two on my bank statement .
Please refund my payment as soon as possible.
