その後に、私が在庫欠品を理由にキャンセルを依頼した取引の「取引のキャンセル不可」のメールが到着した
何故こんなキャンセル依頼をしていない取引がキャンセルされて、依頼したものはキャンセル不可なのか?
キャンセル不可の理由として「顧客への未返金」とメールに記載されているが、私は12/4にpaypalから全額をすぐに返金している
どうか状況を調べて欲しい

A few minutes ago I received an e-mail from eBay saying "Cancellation of transaction was completed" for the transaction that I have not requested cancellation.
After that, I received the e-mail saying "Transaction cannot be cancelled" for the transaction that I requested cancellation by reason of out of inventory.

In the e-mail, "Non- refund of money to customer" was listed as a reason that it cannot be cancelled.
However, I refunded in full via Paypal on December 4th.
