先程、ebayから私宛てにキャンセルの依頼をしていない取引の「取引のキャンセル完了」のメールが到着した。
その後に、私が在庫欠品を理由にキャンセルを依頼した取引の「取引のキャンセル不可」のメールが到着した

何故こんなキャンセル依頼をしていない取引がキャンセルされて、依頼したものはキャンセル不可なのか？

キャンセル不可の理由として「顧客への未返金」とメールに記載されているが、私は12/4にpaypalから全額をすぐに返金している
どうか状況を調べて欲しい

・同梱発送で送料は少し安くなる

"Cancellation of transaction" email just arrived from eBay to me while I did not request cancellation.
After that, I received "unable to cancel transaction" email for transaction which I requested because it was out of stock.

Why is transaction I did not cancel canceled, and transaction I requested to cancel cannot be canceled?

The reason why it cannot be canceled is stated as "not refunded to customer yet", but I immediately made full refund via PayPal on December 4th.
Please kindly check the status.

-Shipping cost is slightly cheaper when sending altogether
