利用規約の一部を変更させて頂きました。主な変更内容は下記の通りです。
・投稿作品が採用されれば、意匠権出願を含む商品化の権利が弊社に譲渡されることの対価として、賞金やロイヤリティを支払う旨について明記をしました。（著作権は投稿者に残り続けます）
・会員が賞金やロイヤリティを受け取る権利や、弊社が商品化の権利を有することなどについては、会員が本サービスを解約した後も継続する旨について明記しました。
今後もさらに多くの方にご活用いただけるサイトを目指して改善を重ねてまいります。

We have changed some parts of terms of use. The main points of being changed are following.
・We have stated that we will pay your award and royalty revenue as counter values of devolving your right of commercial realization including design right application to us, if your proposal is adopted.
・We have stated that the rights of getting awards and royalty revenues for members and the rights of commercial realization for us will be still valid, even after the member cancels this service.
We will keep improving our website for more convenient usability for more users.

We listed that if the posted work is selected, prize money and royalty are paid as consideration of that the right of making it an item including filing of design right is transferred to us (copyright still belongs to a person who posted it).
Regarding the right that a member accepts royalty and we have a right to make it an item, we listed that they survive after the member cancels this service.
We will continue to improve the website where more and more people can use in the future.
