Fukamushi-cha takes a longer period to steam than regular tea, therefore, it causes a higher destruction of the tea leaf's cells resulting in drinking a larger amount of a nutritious component coming out of the tea leaf, which is not possible to achieve in the normal process. In the process of transforming Ten-cha to Matcha, we grind Ten-cha and then filter it through a 100 mesh sieve to finish the process.
It then becomes smooth and fragrant Matcha.

Kakegawa-shi has the lowest rate of cancer risk, and the main reason that is sighted, is the health benefits of drinking "Kakegawa Fukamushi-cha."
