EMSだと送料のほうが高くなってしまいますが、大丈夫ですか？
SALならもっと安くなりますが、到着まで時間がかかります。
高くても速いほうが良ければ、代金のお支払いを確認後、ご指定のEMSで出来るだけ速く発送いたします。
もし、SALに変更するようでしたら、請求書を作り直しますので、おっしゃってください。

By SAL, it will be cheaper, but it will take more time to arrive.
You do not mind to accept by the high charge and would like to be delivered early, I confirm your payment and ship your order by EMS you required as soon as possible.
If you would like to change to SAL, I will rewrite the invoice. Please let me know.

Is it ok to send by EMS even though courier fee is more expensive?
SAL takes a bit more time to deliver, but cheaper.
If you prefer faster delivery even if a little bit expensive, I will send as fast as possible by EMS after I confirmed the payment.
I will re-invoice if you prefer SAL, so please feel free to ask me.
