買主が指定した製造工程表の通りに商品を製造する事とする。
パッキング不良及び商品不良が発見された場合、売主に商品を直ちに返品して全額返金とする。
B/Lに記載するshipper（会社名）を教えてください
商品が日本到着までに溶けていた場合は売主に商品を返品及び処分して売主は買主に全額返金する事とする。
国際弁護士にて契約書を作成していますが、行政機関のチェックに時間を要しており製造開始日までに間に合いそうにありません。ですので、今回は貿易取引条件書を送ります。
一度確認をお願いします。

Items will be manufactured as described in the production process designated by the buyer.
If packing failure or item failure is found, the item will be immediately returned to the seller and full refund is to be made.
Please inform me shipper (company) to be written on B/L.
If the item melts before arriving at Japan, item will be returned to the seller for disposal and seller will make full refund to the buyer.
Contract is being made by an international lawyer, but it is taking time to check at governmental organization, and I will not be able to make it before the starting day of production. This time I'm sending you trading terms and conditions document. Please kindly check it.
