飛行機のチケットも取らなければならないので、マシンの届く日程について早めの回答をお願いします。

I would like to order the product but wonder if the sealing machine is is delivered already? Please start manufacturing as soon as the machine is delivered. I need to book a flight ticket soon, so please let me know the date the machine is supposed to be delivered as soon as possible. The order quantity is mentioned in detail in the contract. The order form should be ready by end of the day.
