I just received the product.
But some of items are broken, and others are of different type and colors than I wanted. Therefore, I request to return the product or a refund, or you send me a substitute item.
When it arrived here, the button was already damaged, not functioning properly.
As you can see in the attached picture, there is dirt that will not come off, and some missing parts.
When it arrived, 00 was not included.
I am extremely grateful for the extra item, but as I received a different product than I originally wanted, I would like you to proceed with some of the alternatives above.
In case of return, please repay me via PayPal.
As I am Japanese, I appreciate if you give me a reply with a simple English.
