お問い合わせの件ですが、インボイス記載額はご指示通り120USDとしました。贈り物にチェックをいれています。箱の中に税関申告書とインボイスがはいっています。
税関申告書には「中古品」というチェック欄はありませんが、商品名を「used camera lens」としています。

About your inquiry, I inserted the amount of US$120 on the invoice, as you requested. I also checked the "gift" box. The customs declaration and invoice are inside the box.
In the customs declaration, there isn't a "used item" field to check, but I wrote "used camera lens" in the product description.

Regarding your inquiry, we listed 120 US dollars in the invoice as you indicated. We checked the box of gift.
A napplication form of customs and invoice are in the box.
There is no column of checking for "used item" in the application form of customs, but we listed the item as "used camera lens".
