Beneficial Owner の○○は、パスポートをもっていないのでどうすれば良いか質問した結果、
パスポートの代わりとなる身分証明書は、住民票と日本の運転免許証という返事をもらいました。
メールに添付することは個人情報保護の為に受付できないということでしたので、

至急アップロードできるようにしてください。

Since Beneficial Owner ○○ does not have passport and I asked what to do, as a result I received a reply that resident's card and Japanese driver's license can substitute passport as ID.
Attaching to email cannot be accepted due to protection of personal information, so please urgently have documents ready to upload to "Upload required documents" on "Overview of Additional Information Required".
