私は8/7に下記注文をしました。

ただ、8/14までに届かない場合、キャンセルしたいとの旨をお伝えしたと思います。


結局、そのまま商品が届かなかったので、キャンセルされたものだと思っていました。

しかし、先日購入時に使用したクレジットカードの引き落とし明細を確認すると、

I was thinking that it would be canceled, as the items were not delivered.

I placed the order as below on August 7th.
However, I've already told I would like to cancel it if the item would be arrived by August 14th.
After all, the item didn't arrived. So, I thought the order was cancelled.

I found the price of cancelled commodity was withdrawn when I checked the debit items of the credit card I used for the other day.

Would you refund the amount immediately?

I didn't receive the item, so I think it is wrong to withdraw the the amount of the price.
