私は8/7に下記注文をしました。
ただ、8/14までに届かない場合、キャンセルしたいとの旨をお伝えしたと思います。
結局、そのまま商品が届かなかったので、キャンセルされたものだと思っていました。
しかし、先日購入時に使用したクレジットカードの引き落とし明細を確認すると、
キャンセルしたはずの商品代金が引き落とされていました。
すぐに返金をしていただけますか？
商品も受け取っていませんし、代金だけ引き落とされるのはおかしいと思おいます。
早急な対応をお願い致します。
I ordered the following items on August 7th.
I think I told you that I would cancel the items in case they do not arrive before August 14th.
I was thinking that it would be canceled, as the items were not delivered.
However, when I checked the detailed information of the withdraw of my credit card which I used for the shopping, the price of the items were debited from the account.
Could you immediately issue a refund?
I have not received the items. It is not fare that only the price was debited.
