黒いゴムのような、金属の塊のようなものが各二か所接着？されていますが
何だかおわかりですか。
通電、音は出るのでしょうか。
SWを入れた際に、ジムランマークにランプが点きますが稼働でしょうか。

There are two black lumps which appeared to be either rubber or metal attached on the side panel, both on the right and the left sides.
Do you know what these are?
Does the electrical system work? Does the sound work?
When the switch is turned on, the display light which reads "Gym Run" gets lit. Does this mean the equipment is in working conditions?

I have questions.
I found a black-colored rubber- or metal-like materials were attached to the both left and right sides of the side panel. What do you know it is?
Does this machine make sound in ordinary use?
When I turn on the switch, the gym run sign will be on. Does it mean the machine is working?
