こんにちは。返品希望の件を承りましたが、フロントフォーカスはこのレンズ自体の仕様であり、レンズの故障（it's defective.doesn't work）を理由にされるのは、返品理由の選択間違いだと思いますがどう思われますか？

Hello. I was informed of your wish to return our product, however the front focus is the specs of this lens itself. Therefore we think that your reason of a defect of a lens is an option error as a reason to be returned. What do you think?
