とりあえず、発送して2週間後には、調査請求を私は出します
2～3週間後に回答書が届いたら、禁輸品判断されれば返金いたします。
ほとんど問題なく、届くのですが運も有ります。

オーストラリア郵便の配達は遅い為

I checked the tracking.
As you indicated, it has already been inspected at the customs.
The items are hardly inspected in the customs in Canada.
I will request the inspection 2 weeks after its shipment.
When I receive an answer 2 or 3 weeks later, I will issue you a refund if it is decided that the item is prohibited from importing.
The items usually arrive without problem, but sometimes luck works.

Regarding the problem where the item has not arrived and refunding, I cannot answer you until I receive their answer.
As delivery of mail in Australia is slow, sometimes the item arrives after refunding.

Either way, I will submit a request for a search 2 weeks after it was shipped.
If they consider it as a prohibited item for importing when the answer to the inquiry arrives, I will refund you. Most of the time, they arrive without any problems but it depends on luck also.

For now, I will file a claim two weeks after the shipping.
If they answer in 2-3 weeks anddecide it's contraband, we will return the money to you.
