カナダは、ほとんど税関で引っ掛からないのですが・・・
とりあえず、発送して2週間後には、調査請求を私は出します
2～3週間後に回答書が届いたら、禁輸品判断されれば返金いたします。
ほとんど問題なく、届くのですが運も有ります。

I checked the tracking.
It is being inspected at the customs as you mentioned.
I usually don't see them inspected at the customs in Canada.
Either way, I will submit a request for a search 2 weeks after it was shipped.
If they consider it as a prohibited item for importing when the answer to the inquiry arrives, I will refund you. Most of the time, they arrive without any problems but it depends on luck also.

In regards to refund for the undelivered item, I am not able to make any action until I get a response to my inquiry.
Since postal delivery is slow in Australia, I have seen items delivered after a refund was made.
