顧客へ販売したところ、付属品が付いていないという理由で、
返品されて、私の倉庫へ商品は戻ってきています。
具体的には、ケーブルが付いていません。
メーカーの保証を使うことや、ケーブルのみを入手することは可能でしょうか。

Attached is the photo of headphone I bought previously.
I sold it to my customer, but it was returned because it did not have accessories so the item was returned to my warehouse.
Detail of the reason is that there is no cable.
Is it possible to be covered by guarantee or obtain cable only?

Hi.
The attachment is a poto of the head phone that I purchased before.
After selling this item to a customer, it had been returned to us due to missing accessary.
There was no cable included.
Is it possible for me to claim it with manufacturer warranty, or otherwise to receive just a cable?
