現在の仕様が何を基準にデータをインポートしてるのか全くわかりません。
上から順にインポートしてるわけでもありません。下からでもありません。
以下のデータをインポートすると必ず63位、95位、2位、79位の順にインポートします。
名前順でもありません。
これは何を基準にインポートしてるのでしょうか？何かしらの規則性があるのではないでしょうか？
また関連するファイルはXXX.phpでしょうか？

I have no idea as to what criteria the data are imported under current specification.
It does not seem to be imported from the top, nor the bottom.
When I import the below data, it imports them in the order of 63rd, 95th, 2nd and 79th.
It's not in the order of their names either,
Under what criteria are they being imported? There must be some kind of regularity.
Furthermore, is XXX.php the relevant file?
