確認しましたがこの年代のものはルーティング加工されておりネックデートは確認出来ません
このベースに限らず76年以降のFenderのビンテージベースほとんどにそれが言えます
シリアルから80年頃のものではないかと推測できます
Double Anniversaryをベースに6120風にモディファイされております
ペグをシュパーゼル・ロックペグにフレット&ナット交換に加えピックアップがTV JONESになっています
Bigsbyの交換とブリッジがGotohのABR-1タイプに交換されています

I checked it, but I could not confirm the neck date because those basses manufactured during this period were routed.
Not only this bass, but also applied to most of the vintage basses of Fender manufactured after '76.
I guess it was made around the 80s due to the serial number.
This bass had been modified like 6120 based on Double Anniversary.
Customized details:
tuning pegs for Sperzel locking tuner, fret and nut replacement, TV Jones pickup, bigsby replacement, and bridge for Gotoh ABR-1.

The neck date was not found as the items from this age have been processed by routing even though I have gone through it. It is not only for this base, but it could be the same for most of the vintage bases from Fender after 1976. It can be assumed being the item in 80s from the cereal number.
It has been modified into 6120 style based on Double Anniversary.
The peg has been exchanged with Sparsely-rock peg and also fret and nut have been exchanged.
Also the pick-up was changed into TV JONES.
Bigsby has exchanged and fridge has been exchanged with ABR-1 type from Gotoh, too.

I checked but the date of the neck cannot be verified since it has been routed which is common for guitars made in this era and applies to most Vintage bases made by Fender after 1976. I assume it is from the 80s based on the serial number.

Pegs are replaced with Sperzel lock pegs, frets and nut have been replaced and in addition, the pickups are replaced with TV Jones.
Bigsby has been replaced and the bridge has been replaced with Gotoh ABR-1 type.

We have confirmed that the routine process made the neck date untraceable.
And not only this bass, but also Fender Vintage bass after '76 are all the same.
From the serial number, we can tell it is probably product from the 80's.
