我々はアマゾンペイメントチームから法人銀行口座の明細書を求められています。
我々はワールドファーストという決済代行サービス会社で、会社名の法人口座をイギリスとドイツに開設し、その明細書をアマゾンペイメントチームに送付したが、この明細書は受け入れられませんでした。

これはなぜ受け入れられませんか?

また、我々は日本の法人のため、法人口座は日本にしか持っていません。

We haven't got answer yet so let us ask again.

We were asked by Amazon payment team to submit company bank account statement.
We opened company accounts under company name in U.K. and Germany with a payment agent service company called World First, and we sent that statement to Amazon payment team but they didn't accept it.

Why is it not accepted?

Also, our company is in Japan and we only have company account in Japan.

Please advise how we can solve this issue.

As we have not received an answer, we ask you the question again.

We are requested to submit a statement of bank account as corporation from Amazon payment team.
We are the service company where we handle the settlement in place of companies and are called World fast.
We opened a corporate account in England and Germany and sent the statement to the Amazon payment team, but they have not accepted it.

We wonder why it was not accepted by them?

As we are the Japanese corporation, we have an account as corporation only in Japan.
May we ask you to let us know how we can solve this problem?

We have been required to submit a full statement of corporate account from the payment team of Amazon. We are settlement service company called World First, and we opened our corporate accounts in England and Germany under the name of our company. We submitted bank statements to the payment team of Amazon, but they were rejected.

Could you please explain the reason of rejection?

We are Japan based company, so we have corporate account only in Japan.

Could you please send us your advise how we can resolve this issue.

We have been asked to turn in a detailed statement of accounts of corporate bank from Amazon payment team.
We created a corporate bank accounts with our company's name in England and Germany and thorough a payment agency called World First and sent the statement to Amazon payment team, but the statement was not accepted.

Why is this not accepted?

Moreover, we have corporate bank accounts only in Japan because we are Japanese corporation.

I am writing this mail since I have not received any answers.

We are expected to prepare invoice based on corporate bank account by the amazon payment team.
World First is a payment company acting on behalf of our customers. We have corporate account in England and Germany. We sent the invoice based on these two accounts but were not accepted.

Why couldn`t these invoice accepted?

We are a Japanese corporation and only hold corporate account in Japan.
