8月１日から３日間待って返金が確認できなければ、
私はｅｂａｙに今回の件を報告する。

As of 26th of July I have not received the goods. I checked the tracking number which you sent to me, however they reported that the package destination is the same as sending address. Why is that?
If I can not receive the product by the end of July, I will contact you, so could you pay me a full refund for the amount which I paid to the paypal account. If I can not see the refund in my account within 3 days from the 1st of August, I will report this matter to ebay. I know ebay's rules very well.

An address of the arrival is the same as an address and is finished when I confirm the contents of the tracking number that you contacted .
What kind of thing is this ?
Please refund the total amount that I paid my Paypal account because I contact it when a product does not reach my hand by the end of July .
If I wait for three days from August 1 and cannot confirm repayment , I report this matter in ebay .
I know a business rule of ebay well .
