しかし20ポンドの関税というのは高すぎるように私も感じますが請求内容が分からないため何故そうなったのか我々もお答え出来ませんのでこの点は税関にお問い合わせ下さい
もしあなたが全額返金を望むのなら荷物の受取拒否をして頂き我々の元に商品が返ってきてからとなります
また商品を受け取って頂き送料だけを返金する事は可能ですのでどちらが良いかご検討下さい
