しかし20ポンドの関税というのは高すぎるように私も感じますが請求内容が分からないため何故そうなったのか我々もお答え出来ませんのでこの点は税関にお問い合わせ下さい
もしあなたが全額返金を望むのなら荷物の受取拒否をして頂き我々の元に商品が返ってきてからとなります
また商品を受け取って頂き送料だけを返金する事は可能ですのでどちらが良いかご検討下さい

Firstly, please understand that the retention of the package in the customs office and problems resulting from import taxes are beyond our control.
I also feel like the 20 pound import tax is too expensive but if we don't know the reason for billing we cannot answer why it costs so much, so please consult the customs office.
If you would like a full refund please refuse the package and the package will be returned to us. Also, if you receive the product we can just refund the delivery fee, please tell us which one you like to do.
