前回の9着の返品は郵便物で1週間前に送りました。

今回到着分00の内23着が不良でした(汚れが付いています)

交換分9着も3着不良です。

非常に残念ですが、この状況では日本で販売する事が出来ません。

社内会議で製造総代理を任せて貰えればという案も出ましたが

いずれにせよデザインは素晴らしいだけに、私達も困惑しています。

不良品は返品したいと思いますが、全品返品可能ですか。

もし改善の余地や時間の問題がある

9 pieces from the last time has been returned by post one week ago.

This time 23 pieces of 00 arrived had failures (stained).

One hour ago we sent the previously returned 9 pieces of garment in a package.

23 pieces out of 00 which arrived this time were defective (they are dirty)

3 out of 9 coming as exchange are also defective.
