前回の9着の返品は郵便物で1週間前に送りました。
今回到着分00の内23着が不良でした(汚れが付いています)
交換分9着も3着不良です。
非常に残念ですが、この状況では日本で販売する事が出来ません。
社内会議で製造総代理を任せて貰えればという案も出ましたが
いずれにせよデザインは素晴らしいだけに、私達も困惑しています。
不良品は返品したいと思いますが、全品返品可能ですか。
もし改善の余地や時間の問題がある
ようでしたら、一旦取引保留も考えなくてはなりません。
ご説明頂きたいのでお願いします。
One hour ago we sent the previously returned 9 pieces of garment in a package.
23 pieces out of 00 which arrived this time were defective (they are dirty)
3 out of 9 coming as exchange are also defective.
I am very sorry, but they cannot be sold in Japan in such condition.
During the company meeting somebody suggested that the case should be solved by the manufacturer's representative.
At any rate, we are embarassed, because after seeing that wonderful design, we could expect something different.
We would like to return the defective articles, is it possible to return all items?
If there are problems with improvement and time issues, we have no other choice but to hold the deal.
Please explain the situation.
