You have wrongly indicated the description as "Very Good" when there is a scratch on a clear part of the disk. You did not mention there was a scratch on it. If you are not able to refund the money to me, I will escalate the case and complain to PayPal about this issue.

If the disc has some scratches on the surface, you cannot say it is in very good condition. There was no explanation about the scratches in the item description. If you are not going to make refund, I'll make a complaint to paypal.

I think you can never say “Very Good” despite of a scar on the transparent part of the disc. I could not see in your explanation that there was a scar. If you do not respond to my request of pay back, I will proceed to the PayPal claim procedure.
